Whole Wheat Bran Bread

2 tbsp. yeast
3 C warm water
3 Tbsp Brown sugar
1 Tbsp salt
1/3 C corn oil
1 C bran
2 C whole wheat flour
1 C oat flour
white bread flour as needed

Let rise until double. Form into 3 loaves (1.5 pounds); place in greased pans. Let rise until they reach the top of the pans. Brush with mixture of 1 egg white and 1 tbsp water. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes.
